Invoices and receipts are provided upon request.
We and our driver will monitor the flight situation before your arrival. Please provide us with your flight number during booking.
You can pay by: cash to driver at end of each trip/day, bank transfer, credit card via Stripe (5% surcharge applicable).
Please inform us 3 days in advance. For changes within 3 days of booking, there might be fees involved.
Day Trip: The hourly count begins when the driver arrives at your pickup point. A 15-minute grace waiting time is included.
Airport Pickup + Day Trip: The hourly count begins after the driver has picked you up from the airport and arrived at your first destination.
Day Trip + Airport Drop-off: The total hours used are counted up until the time the driver needs to leave for the airport. Please buffer sufficient travel time to ensure you reach the airport on schedule.
