Go MY Transport – Terms and Conditions

Booking Period

The booking period begins at the time and date specified in the booking agreement and ends when the driver drops you off at the agreed destination as per the booking agreement.
Extensions of the booking period must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional charges.

Driver Provided

Go MY Transport will provide a professional driver for the vehicle.
The driver will operate the vehicle in accordance with all local traffic laws and regulations.

Usage Restrictions

  • The vehicle must be used for the purposes agreed upon in the booking agreement.
  • The vehicle must not be used for any unlawful activities.
  • The vehicle cannot be driven outside of West Malaysia without prior approval from Go MY Transport.

Payment Terms

A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Payment can be made by:

  • Cash
  • Bank Transfer (Malaysia)
  • Touch ‘n Go eWallet
  • DuitNow
  • PayNow (for customers in Singapore)
  • Wise (for international transfers e.g. Indonesia, India)
  • Credit Card (+5% processing fee applies)

Pricing Policies

  • Overtime (OT) Charges
    OT charges will begin after a grace period of 15 minutes.

    • 15–30 minutes of waiting will be charged as half an hour OT.
    • 45 minutes–1 hour of waiting will be charged as 1 hour OT.
  • Additional Stops
    Additional stops may incur extra fees. For example, an airport transfer is charged as a one-point-to-one-point service. If extra drop-off points are added, additional charges will apply.
  • Day Trips Outside Agreed Area
    Day trips are priced based on the agreed destination area. If the Client requests stops outside of the agreed area, additional fees may apply.
    Example: If a day trip to Malacca is booked, but the Client requests an additional stop in Negeri Sembilan, extra charges will be incurred.
  • Midnight Charge
    A midnight surcharge of RM30 applies to any pickup scheduled between 23:00 and 06:00. This fee will be added to the total transport cost and reflected in the final quotation or invoice.
  • Itinerary Confirmation
    To avoid any dispute, Clients are encouraged to share their full itinerary with our support staff in advance. This allows Go MY Transport to provide an accurate quotation before the trip begins.

Cancellations and Amendments

  • Cancellations must be made in accordance with Go MY Transport’s cancellation policy, which may include a fee.
  • Amendments to the booking may incur additional charges and are subject to availability. Please read our refund and cancellation policy for full details.

Client Responsibilities

  • The Client must ensure the vehicle is used in a safe and responsible manner.
  • The Client must inform Go MY Transport of any issues or concerns with the vehicle immediately.
  • The Client is responsible for any fines or penalties incurred during the booking period.

Company Responsibilities

  • Go MY Transport is responsible for providing a vehicle in good working condition and a professional driver.
  • Go MY Transport will handle regular maintenance and any mechanical issues that arise during the booking period.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the booking agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as specified by Go MY Transport.

By booking a transport service with a private driver from Go MY Transport, the Client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
